Hi
I was wondering if others have this issue with gmail accounts and if there is a work-around?
Ik vroeg me af of anderen dit probleem hebben met Gmail-accounts en of er een oplossing is?
best regards
John

Oplossing
Mail header is mentioning:
Code:
DMARC: "FAIL"
You may be onto something … Checking the headers of one of the messages from the forum that ended up in my spambox, it includes:
Code:
ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.kpnmail.nl;
	spf=softfail smtp.mailfrom=twenot.nl smtp.remote-ip=158.106.138.13;
	dkim=permerror header.d=twenot-forums.nl header.s=default header.a=rsa-sha256 header.b=Gz6lVqk9;
	dmarc=fail header.from=twenot.nl;
	arc=none header.oldest-pass=0;
… and I think the problem is that the sending address is <geenantwoord@twenot.nl> but the domain the forum actually mails from, is twenot-forums.nl. Let me try changing that …
I’ve also not found a way to prevent this from happening. Every e-mail the forum sends me, goes into my spambox — this using Apple Mail, and no matter how many times I tell it that they’re not spam, it keeps doing that 🙁

Oplossing
OK, it seems to be partly solved. That is to say, the notification about a private message from me to John did end up in his spambox, but the one for his reply went into my normal inbox as it should. More detective work needed …
